Rapid Parts : Rapid Prototyping & Manufacturing Case Studies From The Motor Sports Sector
Over 50 industrialists attended this 1 day seminar organized by Prof. David Wimpenny (De Montfort University) and hosted by the University of Derby at their new Motor Sports Technology Centre. The event, co-sponsored by the Rapid Prototyping & Manufacturing association and East Midlands NTI High Performance Engineering network, showcased the use of advanced manufacturing technologies including rapid prototyping in the development of both racing cars and motorbikes.
