Energy and Low Carbon
The provision of independent specialist advice will enable the participating organisations to understand and qualify the potential benefits of improved skill base in energy and low carbon alongside the potential costs and time investment required. Appropriately qualified specialists with a wide range of energy and low carbon technology and skills knowledge will be able to focus on the issues identified during the diagnostic process with the participating organisation and will also be able to assess the potential achievable improvements for the whole of the business based on the current skills and knowledge base of the business and how this could be expanded through provision from within the region. This will help ensure that no opportunities are missed by the participating organisation. A thorough assessment of the potential benefits coupled with signposting to the most appropriate source of skills provision and further support will help realise the benefits identified by the specialist advisor.
